Shipping your THIELs for restoration
Your speakers will need to be very carefully packed and shipped by an appropriate carrier for service at THIEL. Adequate packing material is absolutely imperative to ensure the speakers arrive in the same condition in which they were packed. This nearly always means using original and complete packing material.

Ensure that your original packing material is complete and road worthy by checking it against the packing instructions for your model available online and by inspecting the cardboard, plywood, and foam for structural integrity. If your original packing material is incomplete or not usable, please see the packing price list for ordering information. Small speakers such as our SCS line can often be safely packed in after-market solutions, but be aware that it's difficult to prove fault for damage claims unless original packing material is used.

Please consult with THIEL to ensure that an appropriate shipping method is chosen to ship your speakers safely to THIEL. Our CS2 series floorstanding speakers and larger models should be shipped to us by freight company. Smaller models may be shipped by FedEx or UPS. For shipments by freight company, please contact THIEL to discuss details and make arrangements.
